Project Manager / Estimator - Demolition
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Estimator to oversee demolition activities of a very well known total and selective demolition firm in the San Francisco Bay Area.The ideal individual would have 4+ years experience working directly in the demolition field, performing work on total and selective demolition projects ranging from industrial facilities, commercial buildings, shopping centers, malls, and underground projects. Must have the ability to address all aspects of a project from initial client interactions, project scoping, estimating, material scheduling, subcontractor co-ordination, onsite oversight, RFI's, change orders, etc.This is a hands on opportunity to work in a leading demolition firm on high profile projects throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. Must have excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Requires a Construction Management Degree, or long term employment history working in the demolition field as a estimator/project manager.
