Project Engineer - Construction / Demolition - Oakland, CA

We are seeking a Project Engineer to work directly with the project management and estimating staff for Demolition and Construction projects throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.The ideal individual would have 0 to 3 years experience in performing managing construction projects, performing takeoffs, determining materials, quantities, submitting RFI?s, change orders, assisting the project manager and estimators on developing project schedules and estimates for construction.Requires a degree in Construction Management or related discipline. Understanding of software principals (Timberline and Excel). Must possess excellent verbal and written communication abilities. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a very well known organization and develop exceptional skills in construction management.
